The Society and its Constitution
ASAP was founded in 1951 and is essentially a federated association of branches plus unafiliated members throughout Australia. Every two years one of the branches provides a Federal Council and hosts a week-long national conference. The Federal Council maintains this web site as a communication medium for members and people interested in Animal Production.
Constitution
The Society is an incorporated body and its activities are carried out in accordance with a formal constitution. When needed, changes may be made to the constitution by the Biennial General Meeting.
