In 2018, the Australian ICMJ workshop and contest will be held at Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga, NSW from Tuesday 3rd July – Sunday 8th July.
The 2018 program will include:
- Industry guest speakers: A range of topics covered including speakers from beef, lamb and pork industries, graziers, feedlotters and processors
- Interactive workshops: based on carcase utilisation and judging. Hands on training and a range of theoretical and practical judging tips and practice classes
- Careers Expo: Meeting potential employers and opportunities for graduates within the meat industry, combined with workshops and information for graduates.
- Featured special dinner: Awards presentation dinner and announcement of finalists to undertake industry training for Australian team selection.
We want as many people as possible to reap the benefits of the ICMJ program, so we offering tickets to our Wednesday and Thursday morning seminar sessions and to each of our dinners, including the Saturday night presentation dinner, to anyone who would like to join us.
We hope that this will allow more people to come along and take advantage of our fantastic speakers and network with us at our dinner events during the week.
